For International Women’s Day, we thought you might be interested in this article about women’s representation in the music industry. We are very lucky to be welcoming 5 women guest performers in our first 6 Bluebell Roots events of this year, and many of our floor spot performers are women singer songwriters. It would be really interesting to hear your experience and thoughts on the subject of women’s representation ‘behind the curtain’ – such as producing, engineering, songwriting and management. This is a subject we will be covering in a future Bluebell Notes Podcast.
