Who are we?
Milton Hide is Josie and Jim Tipler .The Milton Hide website has been created by Hailsham Creative, a creative studio in Wilmington.

We may use your information to:
• Contact you regarding queries raised in the contact form
• Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
• Notify you of changes to our services;
• Send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you.
• These may include information about other local arts events, fundraising activities or promotions.
We collect information to process orders, requests for information, improve customers’ online experience, supply information to those who have expressed an interest and for record keeping. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

Data collected & purpose of collection
When you place an order directly with us or fill in the contact form we collect name and address, telephone, and email address which are entered onto our database which is password protected. Payments will be taken through third party providers, at present Airbnb.
You consent to us (and our representatives) disclosing information to third parties: (i) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce any contract entered into with us, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, ourselves or others. You may at any time elect not to receive marketing information from us. All of our marketing emails are sent from a password protected database with Mailchimp.

For enquiries and those who have asked to receive marketing communications from us or have expressed an interest we will retain basic contact data for a reasonable length of time or until we receive a request to remove. You are entitled to ask for a copy of the information held about you at any time by contacting us. We may charge a small fee for this.
